Privacy Policy
Effective September 8, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Launch Social Engine ("LSE," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit lseengine.com or use the Launch Social Engine platform and related services.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use LSE, we may collect:
- Account and contact information, such as your name, work email address, company, and role.
- Workspace and campaign information you or your team submit, including creator records, campaign details, notes, links, payment-status information, and related operational data.
- Authentication and integration information needed to connect supported services, such as Google or other third-party tools. We do not intentionally store your full payment-card number.
- Technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, pages viewed, timestamps, and diagnostic logs.
- Billing and subscription information from our payment processor, including customer identifiers, subscription status, invoices, and payment status.
How we use information
We use information to provide, secure, maintain, and improve LSE; authenticate users; operate workspace features; process subscriptions; provide customer support; communicate service updates; prevent abuse; and comply with legal obligations.
Workspace data
Customer workspace data is used to provide the service to that customer and its authorized users. We design LSE so customer workspaces are logically separated. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate rights and permissions for information they upload or connect to LSE.
Service providers
We may use service providers that help us operate LSE, such as cloud hosting, database, email, analytics, authentication, and payment-processing providers. These providers process information on our behalf for the services they provide to us.
Payments
Payments and subscription billing may be processed by Stripe or another payment processor. Payment processors may collect and process payment information under their own privacy policies. LSE receives limited billing information needed to manage your subscription and account status.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods can vary depending on the type of data and the customer relationship.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, subject to applicable law and our contractual or legal retention obligations. Workspace administrators may also control access for users in their organization.
Children
LSE is a business service and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the service.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the service, by email, or by updating the effective date above.
