Terms of Service

Effective September 8, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Launch Social Engine ("LSE," "we," "us," or "our"), including lseengine.com, the Launch Social Engine platform, and related services. By using LSE, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be authorized to enter into these Terms and to use LSE for your organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity under your account. Workspace administrators are responsible for managing authorized users in their workspace.

The service

LSE provides software for creator discovery, creator relationship management, outreach workflows, campaign operations, post tracking, payment coordination, and social performance reporting. Features may change, improve, or be added over time.

Customer data

You retain ownership of data you or your authorized users submit to LSE. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and otherwise use that data to provide and support the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have all rights, notices, permissions, and lawful bases necessary for data you upload, import, or connect to LSE.

Acceptable use

You may not use LSE to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malware, interfere with service security or availability, gain unauthorized access to systems or data, or use the service in a manner that materially harms other users or the platform.

Third-party services

LSE may integrate with third-party services such as email, social platforms, cloud providers, and payment processors. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that are outside our control.

Fees and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and billing interval selected at purchase. Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are charged in advance and automatically renew until canceled. You authorize our payment processor to charge applicable subscription fees and taxes using your selected payment method.

Plan limits and changes

Plans may include limits on users, active campaigns, workflow volume, screenshot analysis, discovery usage, or other features. If your usage exceeds plan limits, we may require an upgrade, restrict additional usage, or offer a custom plan. We may revise pricing or plan packaging for future billing periods with reasonable notice where required.

Cancellation

You may cancel a self-service subscription through the available billing controls or by contacting support. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access may continue through that date. Additional cancellation and refund terms are described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service, but LSE is provided on an as-available basis. We may perform maintenance, change features, suspend access for security reasons, or discontinue portions of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Confidentiality

Each party may receive non-public business, technical, or operational information from the other. Each party agrees to use reasonable care to protect confidential information and to use it only for purposes related to the service, except where disclosure is required by law or the information is independently public or lawfully obtained.

Intellectual property

LSE and its software, design, branding, documentation, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LSE is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the fees paid to us for the service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law does not permit such a limitation.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material violation of these Terms, non-payment, security risk, fraud, abuse, or where required by law. Upon termination, rights to use the service end, subject to any applicable paid access period and data-retention obligations.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the service, by email, or by updating the effective date above. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
